Charmast Recalls Model W1056 Power Banks Sold Exclusively on Amazon.com

Customer safety is our top priority. In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (“CPSC’’), Shenzhen Charmast Technology Co., Ltd. (“Charmast”) is voluntarily recalling Model W1056 Power Banks Sold in Amazon.com (USA).

• ONLY Model: W1056, ONLY Sold in Amazon.com (USA)
• Remedy: Refund

The lithium-ion battery in the power banks can overheat, posing a fire hazard. If you have a W1056 power bank purchased in Amazon.com (USA), stop using it right away.

Only Model W1056 power bank purchased in Amazon.com (USA) is part of the recall. Charmast other models are NOT part of the recall, or power banks sold in other countries are not part of the recall.

No other models of Charmast power banks are affected.

Tips for Recall Request Registration

This recall only involves the Charmast W1056 Power Bank sold exclusively at Amazon.com USA site.

• Hazard: The lithium-ion battery in the recalled power banks, Model W1056, only sold in Amazon in the United States can overheat and ignite, posing fire and burn hazards to consumers.
• Remedy: Refund

Enter your Amazon Order Number (purchased on Amazon.com USA), Purchase Date, Model, Color, Quantity, Photos (shows name, date written in permanent marker on the power bank), Your Full Name, Email, etc. to begin the recall request registration.
