1. Shipping Fees

We offer weight-based shipping rates within the United States with a delivery time of 3–7 business days.

150–400g 3–7 business days $10.00
401–700g 3–7 business days $15.00
701–1,000g 3–7 business days $20.00
1,000g and up 3–7 business days $25.00

Free Shipping Policy

Orders of $100.00 or more qualify for free shipping. This applies automatically at checkout and overrides all weight-based shipping rates.

2. Shipping Coverage & Restrictions

Shipping Area:
We currently ship within the United States (continental U.S. only).

Non-serviceable Areas:
Due to carrier and regulatory restrictions, we do not ship to the following locations:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • Palau
  • Micronesia
  • American Samoa
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • Northern Mariana Islands
  • Marshall Islands
  • Armed Forces Americas
  • Armed Forces Europe

3. Delivery Estimates

  • In-stock items: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days
  • Pre-order items: Delivery time will follow the estimated arrival date stated on the product page

Shipping Carriers:
We primarily ship via Amazon Logistics or other optimized carriers depending on your location.

4. Order Tracking & Split Shipments

Split Shipments:
Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately due to inventory location or logistics arrangements.

Tracking Information:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Cancellation Request:
You may request order cancellation within 60 minutes after placing the order.

After 60 minutes:
Cancellation requests may still be accepted, but any return shipping costs incurred will be borne by the customer.

Address Changes:
Once the package has been shipped (en route), the shipping address cannot be changed.

6. Customer Responsibility & Liability

  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
  • Lost Packages: We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. No refund or replacement will be issued.
  • Refused / Returned Shipments: If a package is returned due to customer-related reasons, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees.

7. Shipping Address Requirements

Please ensure your shipping address includes:

  • Full recipient name
  • Valid street address (No P.O. Boxes recommended)
  • Correct ZIP code
  • Valid contact phone number

Failure to provide complete and accurate information may result in delivery delays or failed delivery.

8. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
